Delivery and Return 送貨及退貨
The Shipping Fee will be:
For Hong Kong
1. Free of charge where the Order Subtotal is HKD200 or greater;
2. HKD30 where the Order Subtotal is less than HKD200.
1. Free of charge where the Order Subtotal is HKD600 or greater;
2. HKD50 where the Order Subtotal is less than HKD600.
1. Free of charge where the Order Subtotal is HKD800 or greater;
2. HKD100 where the Order Subtotal is less than HKD800.
1. Free of charge where the Order Subtotal is HKD1,200 or greater;
2. HKD100 where the Order Subtotal is less than HKD1,200.
The Delivery time will be:
1. Where the Order is to be delivered to a Hong Kong address, Xavi Soap will use SF Express or similar to deliver the Order within 5 working days (Monday-Friday excluding official public holidays) from the date the Order was submitted by you.
2. Customer is responsible to provide correct shipping address to ensure successful shipment delivery. Xavi Soap is not responsible for any undelivered shipment due to provision of incorrect shipping address.
1. 若訂單擬交付至香港地址，Xavi Soap將盡其合理的努力，在您提交訂單之後5個工作日（周一至周五，公眾假期除外）內交貨。
2. 客戶有責任提供正確的送貨地址，以確保成功發貨。由於提供錯誤的送貨址，Xavi Soap不對任何未交付的貨件負責。
Prices and Payment
1. All prices on the website are in Hong Kong dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.
2. You must pay the Order Amount at the time of submitting the Order. Xavi Soap accepts Visa, Mastercard and Paypal, as well as manual methods by Payme, Fps and Octopus.
2. 在遞交訂單時，您必須支付訂單金額。Xavi Soap接受Visa、Mastercard或 Paypal付款，及以Payme、轉數快或八達通以手動付款。
Refunds and Returns
Only items purchased on the xavisoap.com can be returned to Xavi Soap for refund or exchange. Items purchased in a department store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
Should you make an error when ordering online, Xavi Soap will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges for both returning Product to Xavi Soap and to be resent to your delivery address.
In the unfortunate event that you react to a product, you have the option of exchanging or refunding it. All items must be returned to Xavi Soap at YOPE, G10, G/F., 100 Tai Ho Road, Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending the items back to Xavi Soap.
Should an item be damaged while it is being shipped to you by us, Xavi Soap will provide you with a full refund or exchange. Return postage will be reimbursed in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items and a reimbursement will be issued in the original form of payment.

We will do our best to process returns within 5 working days (Monday-Friday excluding official public holidays) of receipt and a reimbursement will be issued in the original form of payment.
選購產品後，如您不幸發現對任何一件產品出現過敏反應，您可選擇換貨或退款。所有貨品必須退回Xavi Soap以下地址：香港荃灣大河道100號海之戀商場地下G10號舖。將產品退回Xavi Soap所產生的一切運費，將由消費者自行承擔。
如貨品在付運途中遭到損壞，Xavi Soap將提供全額退款或換貨。如貨品出現損壞、缺陷或出現誤發情況，一切退貨郵資將由Xavi Soap承擔。而該退貨郵資將以原先的付款形式退還。
在任何情况下，您亦必須提供訂購證明正本；為使Xavi Soap能辦理退款或換貨，一切退貨手續都必須在您收到產品後14天內辦理。為使Xavi Soap能有效率地處理有關手續，請您於退貨或換貨前致電 +852 2185 6044 或電郵至info@xavi-era.com與我們聯絡。
If Xavi Soap is delayed or hindered in or prevented from performing any of its obligations under any Order by reason of any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control, Xavi Soap will have no liability to you in respect of such non-performance and the time for performing the same will be extended until the event or circumstance has ceased.
若因出現任何超出Xavi Soap合理控制範圍的事件或情況而使Xavi Soap因受到延誤、阻礙或阻止而無法履行其於任何訂單項下的責任時，Xavi Soap將不會就該等無法履行的責任向您承擔任何責任。而該等責任的履行將順延至該等事件或情况終止之時。
